At Elise London, we offer free shipping with Track & Trace within the United Kingdom.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary due to transportation issues, customs procedures, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after the carrier has processed your parcel.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, including Track & Trace. No standard shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@elise-london.uk.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we will assist you in checking the tracking information. A parcel will not automatically be considered lost if the tracking information has not been updated temporarily.
