Return Policy – Elise London

1. Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. The product must be returned within this 30-day return period.

2. Return Conditions

A return will only be accepted if:

• The product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Tags and original packaging are included where reasonably possible
• The product shows no signs of use, perfume, make-up stains, or damage
• The return has been requested in advance via info@elise-london.uk

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or demonstrably defective.

As our products may be processed through international suppliers, the return address may differ from our company address. Always contact us first to receive the correct return address and instructions.

4. How to Request a Return

Send an email to info@elise-london.uk including:

• Order number
• Full name
• Email address used to place the order
• Reason for the return
• Photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.

Shipping and return costs are non-refundable unless required by law or if the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exceptions

Returns may be refused if products are worn, washed, damaged, incomplete, or returned outside the 30-day return period.

Important: Never send a return package without first receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent to an incorrect address may not be processed.
