General Terms and Conditions – Elise London

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Elise London and to every agreement between Elise London and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

We make every effort to display our products, prices, images, colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, fit, or material may occur due to screen settings, photography, production differences, or other circumstances.

Article 3 – Orders and Agreements

An agreement is established once the customer places an order and the payment has been successfully completed. After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Any applicable taxes, import duties, or administrative charges imposed by local authorities will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Article 5 – Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time after processing is 7–14 business days.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Returned products must meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy. Products that are worn, washed, damaged, incomplete, or returned outside the applicable return period may be refused where permitted by law.

Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable period after discovering the issue.
